As a part of our best customer service guaranteed, all the products* you buy from Nelover are exchangable and returnable within 7 days from its delivery day . All you have to do is:


  • Make sure the products are in their original condition with all tags attached. (Items that aren't in the condition in which they were received, including signs of wear or alteration, can't be returned)

    • * Our return and exchange policy includes all the products except: Beauty products, Perfumes, Underwear.
    • If a product was received damaged from any of the categories, it will be exchanged.


    Return And Exchange In Riyadh:

    Return:
    • Call our customer support team at 0504980999 to create a return order for you.
    • A coupon with the refund amount will be created for, it will only be activated when we receive the returned order.
    • One of our couriers will pick up the returned order from you.
    • If you prefer a cash refund, you will get a form of bank account information that you will have to fill before refunding your money.
    • Cash refund usually takes around 10 days after confirming the status of the returned products.
    • Marketing offers will be deducted from returned products total.
    Exchange:

    • We will pick up the exchanged order upon delivery of the new order.

    We will cover all the fees for shipping your first exchange/return order.
